La pieza animada “Grim’s Fate” obtuvo la Medalla de Oro Mundial en la categoría de Entertainment Program Promo en la edición 2009 del Televisión Programming and Promotion del New York Festivals.
Esta producción fue realizada por el estudio de animación Hook Up Animation para Cartoon Network Latino America, bajo la dirección de Daniel Xavier, productor de la mencionada señal de TV, para promocionar la exitosa serie “Las Sombrías Aventuras de Billy y Mandy”. Esta no es la primera vez que un trabajo de Hook Up es premiado en este prestigioso festival, en el año 2005 el videoclip animado “Caraluna” del conocido grupo Bacilos, fue galardonado con una Medalla de Plata en la categoría Videos Musicales.

The piece called “Grim’s Fate” got the World Gold Medal in the Entertainment Program Promo category at the 2009 edition of the Television Programming and Promotion of the New York Festivals.
This production was done by Hook Up Animation studio for Cartoon Network Latin America, under the direction of Daniel Xavier, producer of the before mentioned TV signal, to promote de hit series “The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy”. This is not the first time one of Hook Up’s works has been a winner at this prestigious festival, on 2005 the animated video clip “Caraluna” from the known group Bacilos, was the winner of the Silver Medal in the Music Video category.
